The New Dad

Peer Advisory Board

Fatherhood Changes Everything

Becoming a father is one of the most meaningful transitions a man can experience. It’s also one of the most demanding.

Many new dads are navigating questions like:

❋ Was it this hard for everyone else?

❋ Am I doing this right?

❋ How do I stay present with my kids while still building my career?

From the outside, many dads appear to have everything together. Internally, they may be carrying pressure from multiple directions — providing for their family, supporting their spouse, building their career, and trying to become the kind of father they want to be.

Yet most men don’t have a place where they can openly talk about these challenges with peers who understand what they’re going through.

Fatherhood is a journey that none of us want to get wrong, but it can be hard to know we are on track.

The Solution: Your Own Personal Board Of Advisors

The New Dad Peer Advisory Group is a small group of Dads that meet in the Lehigh Valley once a month to actively support each other as they navigate the early years of parenthood.

This group provides a confidential, structured environment where members can bring real challenges to the table and gain perspective from other dads navigating a similar stage of life.

Imagine being able to ask a group of thoughtful peers:

“Have you dealt with this before? How did you handle it?”

Members benefit from the collective wisdom of the group, gaining perspective on challenges related to family, career, health, and personal growth.

Over time, the group becomes a trusted circle where members can think more clearly, make better decisions, and support one another through the ups and downs of early fatherhood.
