The Empowered Minds Peer Advisory Group
You can’t see what you can’t see.
That’s what this group is for.
The Empowered Minds Peer Group brings together growth-oriented professionals once a month to work through what's actually on their plate — careers, decisions, ambition, and the life being built around it all.
Tell me more…
This is a confidential, facilitated group designed to function as your personal board of advisors.
Each member brings their own experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking—creating a collective resource that is far more powerful than any one individual.
Inspired by the structure of high-level peer advisory groups typically for executives and CEO’s, this group exists to help members:
make better decisions
see situations from multiple angles
challenge assumptions
approach opportunities and problems more confidently
This is a working group of engaged peers invested in each other’s growth.
Who This Group Is For
This group is built for growth-minded professionals — typically ages 28–50 - who are established in their careers, responsible for meaningful outcomes, and quietly aware that they're capable of more than their current trajectory suggests.
You're the kind of person who:
Takes your own growth seriously and wants to be around others who do the same
Would rather ask a sharper question than offer a fast opinion
Is genuinely curious about how other people think and decide
Gets real satisfaction from helping others get unstuck
Values honest feedback over comfortable agreement
Knows your best thinking rarely happens in isolation
Members aren't in direct competition with one another, which is what makes the honesty possible.
Who This Group Is NOT For
This group isn't the right fit for everyone — and that's intentional. It probably isn't for you if:
You're looking primarily for a networking opportunity or a referral pipeline
You're not in a season where you can show up consistently
You tend to process challenges by venting rather than working through them
You'd rather be the smartest person in the room than the most curious one
You're looking for a purely online experience — this group meets in person
None of this is a judgment. It's just that the group only works when every member is genuinely bought in.
What Happens In Each Meeting
The group meets once a month for a structured 2.5 hour session, facilitated by a certified coach. The format is deliberate — every piece is designed to help members think more clearly and leave with something they can actually use.
Check-Ins (20 min) Each member shares a quick update: what's happened since last month, what they're navigating now, and where they want the group's attention. This is how we know where everyone is before we go deeper.
Member Host Review (60 min) A deeper dive into where the host member stands in life, business, and their goals. They share their best and worst decisions of the past year and specific areas they would like the group to support them in.
Member Issue Processing (30 min) Any member can prepare an issue or opportunity, in advance, to work through with the group. Before anyone offers advice, the group asks questions — lots of them. The goal isn't to solve the issue for the member; it's to help them see it from angles they couldn't see on their own.
Second Issue or Focused Discussion (30 Min)A second member brings an issue, or the group digs into a topic relevant to where members are right now.
Commitments (10 min) Everyone leaves with one thing they're committed to before the next meeting. Short, specific, and accountable.
What Changes Over Time
2.5 hours per month doesn't sound like much. But over six months, twelve months, longer — a few things start to shift.
Decisions get easier to make. Not because they're smaller, but because you're not making them from the same two or three options you used to default to.
You stop outsourcing your thinking. You still want input, but you trust your own judgment more than you did a year ago — and you know when to trust it and when to pressure-test it.
Urgency loses some of its grip. You get better at recognizing when a situation actually requires a fast response, and when the pressure is being manufactured by someone else's incentives or your own fear.
You stop confusing output with identity. You still care about what you produce. You just don't need it to carry as much weight as it used to.
You build a small circle of people who actually know your situation. Not the highlight reel — the real one. That changes more than most people expect.
You get sharper at asking questions. This quietly changes how you lead, how you parent, how you make decisions everywhere else.
Most of these shifts happen quietly. People tend to notice them in retrospect — when they handle something in month ten better than they could have in month one.
Why This Works
Most people rely on a very limited set of perspectives when making important decisions.
This group expands that dramatically.
Over time, you gain access to:
a diverse set of viewpoints
developing relationships with other members and leveraging each others network
pattern recognition from others’ experiences
a higher standard of thinking
And just as important—you become that resource for others.
That mutual investment creates a level of trust and value that compounds over time.
