The Empowered Minds Peer Advisory Group
You’re doing well on paper but you’re carrying more than people realize without the right people to strategize with.
What Is This?
The Empowered Minds Peer Advisory Group is a confidential, facilitated group designed to function as your personal board of advisors.
Each member brings their own experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking—creating a collective resource that is far more powerful than any one individual.
Inspired by the structure of high-level peer advisory groups typically for executives and CEO’s, this group exists to help members:
make better decisions
see situations from multiple angles
challenge assumptions
approach opportunities and problems more confidently
This is a working group of engaged peers invested in each other’s growth.
Who This Group Is For
This group is designed for Growth-oriented professionals who are doing well on paper—but know they’re capable of more.
More specifically, people who:
Value collaboration and shared thinking over going it alone
Are naturally curious and open to new perspectives
Are willing to ask thoughtful questions—not just offer quick opinions
Want to be around others who take growth seriously
Are interested in improving how they think, decide, and operate
Have a genuine desire to contribute to others’ success
Are lifelong learners
Members are typically:
Ages 30–45
Established in their careers and responsible for meaningful outcomes
Not in direct competition with others in the group
Who This Group Is NOT For
This group is NOT for people who:
avoid feedback or accountability
are purely looking to leverage other members networks
complain about circumstances constantly
are not willing to invest time and energy into others
only want digital/virtual engagement
What Happens During Meetings
The group meets once per month for a structured two-hour session.
Each meeting is facilitated by a certified coach to create meaningful discussion and forward momentum. A typical meeting format would be:
Member Wins & Updates
Members share recent experiences, wins, and challenges from the past month.
Member Spotlight / Issue Discussion
The host member prepares and discusses a real challenge or opportunity with the group. The group asks thoughtful clarifying questions before offering any counsel.
Second Member Issue Processing Or Focused Topic Discussion
Time for a second member issue to be processed or a focused discussion on relevant topics
Commitments & Wrap-Up
Members reflect on the conversation and set intentions for the month ahead.
What We Work Through Together
Conversations are driven by real situations members are actively navigating. Examples include:
Evaluating new opportunities or major decisions
Navigating complex situations at work
Managing growth, ambition, and competing priorities
Making strategic career moves
Improving communication and leadership effectiveness
Balancing professional success with personal life
Building a more intentional and fulfilling path forward
The goal is simple: Make better decisions and approach life with greater clarity and confidence.
Why This Works
Most people rely on a very limited set of perspectives when making important decisions.
This group expands that dramatically.
Over time, you gain access to:
a diverse set of viewpoints
developing relationships with other members and leveraging each others network
pattern recognition from others’ experiences
a higher standard of thinking
And just as important—you become that resource for others.
That mutual investment creates a level of trust and value that compounds over time.
Core Operating Principles
The strength of the group comes from the principles members commit to.
Confidentiality
What’s shared in the room stays in the room. This allows real conversations to happen.
Commitment
Members show up consistently, arrive on time, and fully participate.
Questions Before Advice
The goal is to help each member think better. Members ask thoughtful questions before offering input.
Equality
Every voice carries equal weight regardless of career level or experience.
Accountability
Members set intentions and commitments each meeting
Honest Feedback
Feedback is compassionate, direct, and focused on growth.
